THE PRODUCER
Grupo Terruno Nayarita is a vertically-integrated group of smallholder coffee producers in Nayarit, Mexico. The lots they produce are fully traceable and the profits go directly back to the farmers. This lot specifically comes from the Acatan de las Pinas area of Nayarit.
THE PROCESS
This coffee is naturally processed and gets rested for 41 weeks.
WHY WE LOVE IT
This is the creamy and chocolatey coffee of our dreams. We're loving this in milk drinks or as a shot of espresso. Some notes of orange zest on the finish add to the depth of flavor we're tasting in the cup.
