THE PRODUCER
Kevenka Coffee is a owned and operated by brothers Kenny & Kevin Soewondo. They started the company in 2019 and focus on milling coffees from the Mt. Ijen area in East Java.
THE PROCESS
This lot underwent 48 hours of anaerobic natural processing before being dried for 12-18 days.
WHY WE LOVE IT
The extended fermentation time on this coffee extracts vibrant sweetness and floral notes from the cherries. In the cup, we're tasting candied lime, crème brûlée and nectarine.
