THE PRODUCER
Tima is a notable micro-region within Guji, known for producing distinctive and high-quality lots. This lot has cherries from 1,600 producers and was processed at a station in Tima owned by Abiyot Abayneh.
THE PROCESS
This lot underwent natural processing. The cherries were placed on raised beds to dry until optimal moisture content was reached.
WHY WE LOVE IT
There are few things we love more than a natural Guji. This lot is sweet and juicy with the classic blueberry note up front that we love in natural Ethiopians.
