THE PRODUCER
The Anasora Site is in the Anasora village of South Guji, Ethiopia. This station receives cherries from smallholder farms in the area.
THE PROCESS
After they are picked, cherries undergo 10 hours of aerobic fermentation at 24 degrees Celsius. Once this is complete, the cherries are moved to raised beds where they dry fof 3-4 weeks.
WHY WE LOVE IT
This coffee has a bold yet elegant sweetness. On the nose, floral notes come through but in the cup those give way to a sweetness of melon, peach, and cherry.
